အန္တီ ဂ်က္စတား

ေခတ္မီသြားတယ္ပဲ ဆိုခ်င္ဆို ထီကနဲျဖစ္ၿပီေဟ့ဆို ခ်စ္ၾကည္ေအးတို႔လည္း မပါမျဖစ္ ပါလိုက္ရမွ။ ေျပာရရင္ ခုတစ္ေလာ စိတ္မအား လူမအားရတဲ့ၾကားထဲ ပ်ားတုတ္ခံရတဲ့အျဖစ္ရယ္။ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး ရင္ခံ သြားတယ္။ သိၿပီးသူေတြလည္း ရိွေကာင္းရိွမွာပါ။ ဒါေပမဲ့ မသိေသးတဲ့သူေတြက ပိုမ်ားတဲ့အတြက္၊ ၿပီးေတာ့ ဒါဟာ အိမ္ကိုလြမ္းေနၾကတဲ့၊ အိမ္ျပန္ဖို႔ ျပင္ေနၾကတဲ့ ျမန္မာမ်ားအားလံုး သိကိုသိထားရမယ္လို႔ ယံုၾကည္တဲ့အတြက္ ဒီပိုစ့္ကို ေရးလိုက္ရပါတယ္။

ၿပီးခဲ့ ဗုဒၶဟူးေန႔ (၁၆-၁၁-၁၁)က ဂ်က္စတားက တာ၀န္ခံတစ္ေယာက္ အိမ္ကလူဆီ ဖုန္းဆက္လာပါတယ္။ ကိစၥက ေနာက္လ ဒီဇင္ဘာအတြက္ ၀ယ္ထားတဲ့ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္ကို အျပန္ ရက္ခ်ိန္းေပးႏိူင္မလား လို႔ ေမးလာတာပါ။ အိမ္ကလူက မျဖစ္ႏိူင္ေလာက္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း၊ ခြင့္ေတြကအစ အကုန္စီစဥ္ၿပီးျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ အေၾကာင္း ေျပာျပပါတယ္။ ဂ်က္စတားကလူက သူတို႔ရက္ေရြ႕တဲ့အတိုင္း လက္ခံရင္ တစ္ေယာက္ကို ၁၀၀တန္ ေဘာက္ခ်ာ၂ေစာင္နဲ႔ ၂ေယာက္စာ (စလံုး) ၄၀၀တန္ ေဘာက္ခ်ာလည္း offerေပးဦးမယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ အဲဒီမွာ အားနာတတ္ တဲ့အိမ္ကလူက ယတိျပတ္မျငင္းလိုက္ဘဲ မိန္းမနဲ႔ တိုင္ပင္လိုက္ဦးမယ္ကြာ လို႔ ေျပာခဲ့သတဲ့ရွင္။ ဟိုလူက လည္း ငါ့ရဲ႕ offerကို မင္းဆီ e-mailပို႔ေပးမယ္ ဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။

အဲဒီေန႔က အိမ္ေရာက္လို႔ ညစာစားၾကၿပီး e-mail စစ္ၾကည့္မွ မ်က္လံုးျပဴးၾကရတယ္။ လား လား သေကာင့္သားက ကြ်န္မတို႔ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မရေသးဘဲ ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္ကို ရက္ေျပာင္းၿပီး ပို႔ လိုက္ေတာ့တာေလ။  အသြားရက္ကိုေတာ့ မေျပာင္းပါဘူး။ ျပန္လာမဲ့ရက္ကို ေျပာင္းထားတာပါ။ ကြ်န္မတို႔ မူလအစီအစဥ္အရ ဒီဇင္ဘာ ၃၀ရက္ေန႔ စလံုး ျပန္လာဖို႔ ရက္ခ်ိတ္ထားတာကို ၁လပိုင္း ၁၃ရက္ အထိ ႏွစ္ပတ္ခြာၿပီး ေနာက္ဆုတ္ထားတာကိုး။ ဒါ ဘယ္လိုမွ လက္မခံႏိူင္စရာပါ။ ဒါနဲ႔ ဂ်က္စတားကို ခ်က္ခ်င္း ဖုန္းဆက္ပါတယ္။

ကၽြန္မတို႔ အရင္က ၀ယ္ထားတဲ့ရက္အတိုင္း ျပန္ေျပာင္းေပးဖို႔  ေျပာေပမဲ့ မရခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ေနာက္ဆံုးေတာ့ ေရြး ခ်ယ္ဖို႔ ၂လမ္းပဲ ရိွတဲ့ အေၾကာင္း၊ သူတို႔ေျပာင္းေပးတဲ့ရက္အတိုင္းသြားၿပီး Jetstarကေပးတဲ့ Travel Voucher၂၀၀ တန္ယူမလား၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ လက္မွတ္ဖိုးျပန္အမ္းတာ ယူမလား အဲဒီႏွစ္ခုထဲက တစ္ခု ႀကိဳက္ရာေရြးဖို႔ ေျပာင္ေျပာင္ပဲ ေျပာလာ ပါေတာ့တယ္။ ႏွစ္ခုလံုး မေရြးႏိူင္ဘူး၊ ငါတို႔သေဘာမတူဘဲနဲ႔ ေျပာင္းထားတာ ျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ လံုး၀ လက္မခံႏိူင္ဘူး။ ငါတို႔ ၀ယ္ထားတဲ့ ရက္အတိုင္းျပန္ေျပာင္းေပးပါလို႔ အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ ေျပာတယ္။ မရခဲ့ပါဘူး။

ဒီလို ဘာ့ေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ရတာလဲလို႔ ကၽြန္မက ေမးတဲ့အခါ လက္မွတ္ oversold ျဖစ္သြားလို႔ပါတဲ့ေလ။ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ရယ္စရာေကာင္းတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္လဲ။ seat availability နဲ႔ ေရာင္းတာ မဟုတ္လား။ computerized system နဲ႔ ေရာင္းၾကတာမဟုတ္လား။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ဒီဇင္ဘာျပန္ဖို႔ကို ၾသဂတ္စ္လထဲက ၀ယ္ ထားခဲ့တာမို႔ ဒါဟာ ဘယ္လိုမွ သည္းခံႏိူင္စရာအေၾကာင္းမရိွပါဘူး။ 

ေျပာရင္းနဲ႔ ကၽြန္မလည္း ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး စိတ္တိုလာၿပီး ၃-၄ ႀကိမ္ေလာက္ ဖုန္းဆက္ၿပီး ေမးပါတယ္။ အားလံုး တစ္သံတည္းထြက္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႔ ေနာက္ဆံုးေျပာျဖစ္တဲ့ အမ်ိဳးသားက အြန္လိုင္း feed back ေဖာင္ျဖည့္ၿပီးတင္ပါလို႔ အၾကံေပးပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မကလည္း ခ်က္ခ်င္းပဲ ျဖည့္တင္လိုက္ပါတယ္။

ေနာက္ေတာ့ သတိရတာနဲ႔ အဲဒီေန႔ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ ျပန္လာဖို႔ စီစဥ္ထားၾကတဲ့ မိတ္ေဆြေတြဆီ ဆက္သြယ္ ၾကည့္ေတာ့ သူတို႔လည္း တူတူပဲ၊ သေဘာတူညီမွဳမရဘဲ return ticketကို Jetstarက ေနာက္ႏွစ္ ပတ္ေရႊ႕တာ ခံရတယ္လို႔ ေျပာၾကပါတယ္။ ပိုဆိုးတာက သူတို႔က ၁၉ရက္ေန႔ ျပန္ၾကမွာပါ။ စဥ္းစားသာၾကည့္ပါေတာ့၊ ၁၉ရက္ေန႔ျပန္မဲ့ဟာကို last minuteမွ (၁၆ရက္ေန႔မွ) သူတို႔ return ticket ေနာက္ႏွစ္ပတ္ေရႊ႕ခံရတာ သိရတဲ့ ဘ၀။ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကို ဆိုးပါတယ္။ Customerကို ဂရုမစိုက္ဘဲ လုပ္ခ်င္ရာ လုပ္တဲ့ ဂ်က္စတား။ အင္မတန္ သိကၡာမဲ့တဲ့ လုပ္ရပ္ပါ။

ဘယ္လိုမွ စဥ္းစားခ်ိန္မရေတာ့တဲ့ မိတ္ေဆြ မိသားစုကေတာ့ အျပန္တစ္ျခမ္းအတြက္ Jetstarကေန Refund ထုတ္ၿပီး MAIဆီက အျပန္တစ္ေၾကာင္းအတြက္ တစ္ေယာက္ကို $၃၇၀ေပးၿပီး ၃ေယာက္စာ S$တစ္ေထာင္ေက်ာ္ ေပး၀ယ္သြားၾက ရပါတယ္။ Jetstarက တစ္ေၾကာင္းအတြက္ ၃ေယာက္စာ ျပန္အမ္းေငြက $၄၀၀ ေက်ာ္ထဲပါ...ဟူးးး

ဘယ္လိုပဲ လက္မွတ္ဖိုးျပန္ေပးတယ္ပဲ ေျပာေျပာ၊ ခုခ်ိန္မွာ ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္ေစ်းေတြက အရမ္းျမင့္ေန ပါၿပီ။ ၾသဂတ္စ္လ ကၽြန္မတို႔၀ယ္တုန္းက ႏွစ္ေယာက္ေပါင္းမွ စလံုး ၆၀၀ ေက်ာ္ရယ္။ ခုဆို ၁၀၀၀ေက်ာ္ေလာက္ရွိတဲ့အျပင္ ကိုယ္လိုခ်င္တဲ့ရက္လည္း ရခ်င္မွ ရေတာ့မွာပါ။ ၁၇ရက္ေန႔က Jetstarကို ကၽြန္မ ဖုန္းဆက္ၾကည့္ေတာ့ ကၽြန္မတို႔ကို လက္မွတ္ေရာင္းတုန္းက Big aircraft ခု small aircraftကို ေဒါင္း ဂရိတ္လုပ္တာမို႔ ခုလိုျဖစ္ရတာပါလို႔ ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္ ထုတ္ျပန္ပါတယ္။ အေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္ေတြက ခုတစ္မ်ိဳး ေတာ္ၾကာတစ္မ်ိဳးနဲ႔ ဂ်က္စတားပါ။

ဘယ္လိုပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ သူတို႔ထုတ္ေရာင္းထားတဲ့ လက္မွတ္တန္ဖိုးကို သူတို႔ တာ၀န္ယူရမွာေပါ့။ Confirmed ticket တစ္ေစာင္ရဲ႕ တန္ဘိုးကို သူတို႔ ထည့္တြက္ရမွာေပါ့။ ခုေတာ့ နဲနဲမွ သိကၡာမရိွတဲ့ လုပ္ရပ္ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ၾကတယ္။ ေလေၾကာင္းလိုင္းတစ္ခုအေနနဲ႔ နာမည္ပ်က္တာေလာက္ ဘာကမ်ား ဆိုးဦးမလဲရွင္။ ေသခ်ာတယ္ေလ၊ Jetstarက လက္မွတ္ဘိုးအျပည့္ျပန္ထုတ္ေပးတယ္ပဲထား။ ခုလက္ရိွေပါက္ေစ်းနဲ႔ဆို အိတ္ထဲက တစ္ေစာင္ကို $၂၀၀ နီးပါးစိုက္၀ယ္ရေတာ့မွာပါ။

ေနာက္ထပ္ေသခ်ာ တာတစ္ခုက အားလံုးလိုလိုဟာ Jetstarကေန MAIကို ေျပးၿပီး လက္ရိွေပါက္ေစ်း နဲ႔ ေပး၀ယ္ၾကေတာ့မွာပါ။ Jetstar နဲ႔ MAI ဟာ အက်ိဳးတူ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္သည္ ဆိုတဲ့ ေခါင္းစဥ္ေအာက္မွာသာ ရိွေနရင္ Jetstarရဲ႕ အခုလုပ္ရပ္ဟာ ဘာကို ရည္ရြယ္တယ္ ဆိုတာ ေျပာေနစရာေတာင္ မလိုေတာ့ဘူးေပါ့ရွင္။

ကၽြန္မတို႔ ျမန္မာလူမ်ိဳးေတြက အားနာတတ္တယ္။ ေနပါေစေတာ့ကြာဆိုၿပီး ေအးေအးေနတတ္ၾကတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕က်ေတာ့လည္း ဘာလုပ္ရမွန္း မသိၾကဘူး။ ဘာမွလုပ္လို႔ ရမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး လို႔လည္း ေတြးတတ္ၾကတယ္။ နဲနဲေလးေလာက္ေတာ့ လုပ္ၾကည့္ၾကေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ လူပါး၀လြန္းတာပါ။ ေစာ္ကားလြန္းတာပါ။ Customerကို တန္ဘိုးမထားတဲ့ လုပ္ရပ္ပါ။ လံုးလံုးမတရားတဲ့ လုပ္ရပ္ပါ။ ေအးရာေအးေၾကာင္း ၿငိမ္မေနၾကပါနဲ႔။ လုပ္လို႔ရတာေလးေတြ လုပ္ၾကည့္ၾကရေအာင္ပါ။ အားလံုး လူညီၾကဖို႔ပဲ လိုပါတယ္။

လံုး၀ အေလွ်ာ့မေပးပါနဲ႔။ မသိေသးတဲ့သူေတြကိုလည္း တစ္ဆင့္စကားပါးလိုက္ၾကပါ။  Westerner ေတြကို သူတို႔ မလုပ္ရဲပါဘူး။ စင္ကာပူရီယန္ေတြကို သူတို႔ မလုပ္ရဲပါဘူး။ ျမန္မာေတြမို႔ ရမလားလို႔ အကဲစမ္း ၾကည့္တာပါ။ ဒါဟာ လူမ်ိဳးေရးပါ ပါပါတယ္။  ဒီကိစၥဟာ ေပါ့ေသးေသးမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ကၽြန္မကေတာ့ ဂ်က္စတားကို သပိတ္ေမွာက္ပါတယ္။ ေနာင္ကို ဘယ္ေတာ့မွ ဂ်က္စတား မစီးေတာ့ပါ။

  • Amy Soe I really upset to travel with Jetstar and I'm regret to choose Jetstar. I had made a booking and made a payment since August for my flight. Today last minute call me and cancel my ticket due to too loaded on 30 Dec and ask me to change to 21 dec or 13 Jan. I already made a appoinment and prepare my trip. Last minute call me and offer me either to change a date or get a refund. At this time I can't buy any other airline all are fully book. If inform me early I still can choose other airline. And my best friend wedding on 25 Dec so how am i goiing to atten. If my wedding on that day how they going to settle on it. And when I call customer service officer different people answer me different reason. Not easy to apply my leave again do you concern for that Jetstar.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am very disappointed with the way the jetstar works. I have bought return tickets for two from singapore to yangon on sept 08 2011 ( dept on 24 dec 2011 and arrival on 7 Jan 2011).
    Today, I was informed there is no flight from Yangon to Singapore on the 7 Jan 2011 by Jetstar staff and offered me 11 jan 2011 (wed) instead. That is totally unacceptable for me since I have to plan many things eg:leave applications( It is not so easy at all for us to extend leaves) and many other things needed for this leave for approval.Though i was told there was no flight returning from Yangon to Singapore ( during 26 Dec 2011--10 Jan 2012) ( you can check the recording for telephone conversation made( 9:30am to 10:45am 17-Nov-2011) that i call your 3 staffs, one of them say no flight, another one hang up the phone during conversation( his name Max or something like that) and last one--not bad in my opinion). I know there is a flight on the 7th January 2012 from Yangon to Singapore in the morning arrival 10:25am Yangon. My schedule flight from yangon to singapore is 11:25am on January 7 2012.
    There is no logic if there is no flight at 11:25am on January 7 2012. I feel I am being cheated by some unfair policy( may be to make more money).I am offered to options- one ( to get fully refund) and another one to either get refund for return only or accept the return date on 11 Jan (wednesday) 2012 and get 200S$ dollar voucher for each affected person- for my case 2persons). Both options are unacceptable for me knowing that there is a flight from Yangon to Singapore on Jan 7 2012 which I have booked and confirmed tickets since September 8). Come to think or it for yourselves, If you were in my position, will you be pleased with what the jetsar is doing to me and affected customers? My holidays is already spoilt by this unethical way of making money.
    I sincerely request that please put me and my wife on Jan 7 2012 flight from Yangon to singapore in order for me to believe that the jetstar is deserved to be my first choice airline.
    You have already committed on this offer by accepting ticket fare from customer,you should be responsible for it.
    Await your soonest positive reply and responsible action on this case.

Now ask to refund or change a date, So easy for them to say that. If they tell me in Sep I still can choose other airline. Now I already arrange and tell me all stupid reason.

  • Khin Saw Htwe me too, I bought ticket since August , they gave same reason and ask to refund or change date which too far from my return ticket date , they are cheating on us , we got it in offer fare rate , i think they sold back higher rate to the other and simply say that oversold and flight cancel .I have never seen other air line in this kind of stupid reason ,we have to let other people to aware of this case...   • Naing Aye Latt We are facing the same treatment from Jetstar and that's so unacceptable as customers who are holding confirmed tickets issued by Jetsrar. They must do something like arranging additional flight or compensate air fare according to current price from other airline as now the tickets price is sky-high. We have already been arranged accommodation and domestic flight at destination as well. Who will take responsibility for all that charges incurred? Definitely Jetstar jeopardizes my holiday plan and we should make awareness of such Jet stars's' attitude to people.

  • Zaw Zaw Cho Everybody, Jetstar just cheat to her customers. Not only you, there are so many people who have booked on these high peak season. Jetstar sold with a promotion price, but now the price is flying high for these days. So, Jetstar just omit your seat only. Pls, carefully check from any possible sources of information as much as you can, there is no any flight will be cancelled on these scheduled dates. Just omit your seats only. Make sense. How dare to cheat like that in Singapore. Now, I am arranging to disclose those cheat cases to Ministry of Transport (Singapore), CAAS (Singapore), some news agency in Singapore, Yahoo News, Straits Time, etc. Also, I am arranging to send those information to all Journals in Myanmar. I will inform all updates time by time again.

  • Wendy Min I have already checked with Jetstar staff. She said they changed small cargo and they shift return date from Yangon (from 4/1/12 to 11/4/12) only for 15 female passengers and flight is not cancel. But my brother also received call and emails same as me. They just give reason anyhow. I found most people bought tickets around August which is normal price rate.

    Jet Star : Are you try to create disappointed all passengers who bought with normal price? If people accept refund; are you planning to sell with high price to new passenger as this is hot period?

    I print this Facebook page as I know they delete all complains very soon. Don’t keep quiet. We cannot accept such cheating case in Singapore.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Good day.
We would like to complain about below serious cheat case matter from Jetstar Airline in Singapore.

We have bought online air tickets from Jetstar for Singapore – Yangon – Singapore, booking ref: E7KEKZ, since 25 Aug, 2011. According to the itinerary, our return flight, YGN – SIN, will be at 11:25am-3:50pm on 30 Dec'2011. (Please refer attach file JS Tickets-Purchased)

However, we had a call from Jetstar and said that our return flight schedule date will be changed to 13 Jan'2012 instead of 30 Dec 2011 according to their new itinerary. (Attachment file. 2-JS Ticket-Changed)

Refer to tele-conversation with Jetstar Officers, we have surprisingly acknowledged that our original flight program, YGN – SIN, 30 Dec, 2011 is not cancelled, but just only our seats are not available anymore on that flight and said it has being oversold. They just simply say either to take the refund or go according to their new itinerary assigned date then get a S$200 vouchers from Jetstar as compensation. Sadly we cant take both options offered by Jetstar.

As everybody known that our return date is on high peak season and now surely cannot secure the ticket on that date. Even if we can get it, the fare will be surely sky high at least 2 times than our Jetstar ticket. So,we have no reason to take the refund from Jetstar in anyway. Definitely, Jetstar also knows these consequences and therefore purposely omitted our seats and given it to other customers who may pay a current higher fare for this time being. We feel that is solely cheated case for us as everybody can sense it very obviously. It is totally unfair.

Therefore, We seriously complain about Jetstar’s unprofessional attitudes and dispute manners which are really happened in one of the lawfully countries, Singpore. If it is not happened to us and it just heard about from other, we really won't believe as it is in Singapore.

Beside this, according to our tight working schedules, leave matter, travel plans, etc, there is totally impossible to extend our return date to another 2 weeks. We must have to arrive back to Singapore and report to work on 30 Dec 2011 if there are no other unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.

 As customers who are holding confirmed tickets issued by Jetstar since 25Aug 2011, we feel nasty cheating by Jetstar badly. Hence, if Jetstar cannot locate our seat inflight on 30 Dec 2011, somehow they have to arrange YGN – SIN air-tickets in any possible way with their own expenses.

ကၽြန္မတို႔ လက္မခံႏိူင္ဘူး ေျပာတဲ့ၾကားကပဲ Jetstar က Travel Voucher ၂၀၀ တန္ e-mail ကတစ္ဆင့္ ပို႔လာပါတယ္။ Travel Voucherက ၂၁ ႏိူ၀င္ဘာေန႔စြဲျဖစ္ျပီး ၃လ သက္တမ္းပါ။ တစ္ႏွစ္အတြင္း ခရီးသြားရမွာပါ။ ကၽြန္မ လက္မခံႏိူင္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း online feedbackကတစ္ဆင့္ စာျပန္ေရးထားပါတယ္။

I would suggest you not to buy MAI ticket as well. Because Jetstar and MAI are code share (i.e partner airline). They are playing trick. Sue them :)

Hi All, my sister family also face the same situation. When they called jetstar, the jetstar gave so different reasons at different times. But what I know is one of my friend is also flying back from yangon same day , same flight , same time with my sister family and her ticket is ok and the flight is confirm for her. So I don't know about other people (why jet star cancel your tickets). My sister bought tickets since august with cheap price. Then my friend bought ticket in October. So what I think is jet star is canceling the passengers who bought ticket with cheap price. So if they have to refund, they can refund cheap price. Their business is so wonderful. It is their fault that their system is down or whatever. If they want to take responsibility, they can arrange another flight or they can arrange seat at MAI since they are partner. Jet star Suck

ဒီေန႔ 19.11.2011 မွာ Oversea Call ၀င္လာၿပီး ေျပာပါတယ္.. SIN-YGN 21.01.2012 Flight က Downgrade လုပ္လိုက္လို႔ 20.01.2012 သို႔မဟုတ္ 25.01.2012 ကို ေျပာင္းဖို႔ပါ.. အဲလုိ ေျပာင္းလဲမႈအတြက္ တစ္ေယာက္ကို $200 တန္ Travel Voucher ေပးမယ္ လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္.. ဒါနဲ႔.. လံုး၀အဆင္မေျပတဲ့အေၾကာင္း ၊ ခြင့္က အံကိုက္ယူထားတာမို႔ ျပင္ဖို႔ မလြယ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း ေျပာလုိက္ပါတယ္.. တူတူျပန္မယ့္ ညီမကိုလည္း တိုင္ပင္ရအံုးမွာမို႔ confirm မလုပ္ႏိုင္ေသးဘူးလုိ႔ ေျပာလိုက္ပါတယ္.. ျပန္ဆက္ဖို႔ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ ေတာင္းေတာ့ သူကပဲ ျပန္ေခၚေပးပါမယ္လို႔ ေျပာတယ္... ဒါနဲ႔.. သူဖုန္းမေခၚခင္.. အြန္လိုင္းမွာ check ၾကည့္လုိက္ေတာ့ Flight tickets sold out လုိ႔ပဲ ေတြ႕ၿပီး Flight ရိွေသးတာ ေတြ႕လို႔ Singapore jetstar hotline ကို ေခၚလိုက္ေတာ့ .. လက္မွတ္က confirm ျဖစ္တုန္းပါ.. သူမထိရေသးဘူး။ ဒါနဲ႔ အဲဒီျပန္မယ့္ရက္ကို လံုး၀ မထိဖို႔ ေျပာတဲ့အခါ Call Center ကလူက ဒါေတြကို သူတို႔ စီစဥ္တာမဟုတ္လို႔ မတတ္ႏိုင္ပါဘူးတဲ့ .. ဖုန္းျပန္ေခၚမယ္ ေျပာတဲ့အတြက္.. ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ၿပီး သူနဲ႔ပဲ ေျပာၾကည့္ပါလို႔ေျပာတာနဲ႔... ဆက္ေစာင့္လိုက္ပါတယ္..ခုနက ေန႔လည္ 1နာရီ 20ေလာက္မွာ ဖုန္း၀င္လာပါတယ္.. အဲဒီမွာေတာ့ ဒီပို႔စ္မွာ တင္ထားတဲ့အတိုင္း တစ္ထပ္တည္းပဲ.. Full Refund ျပန္ယူဖို႔၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ သူေျပာတဲ့ 20.01.2012 Flight Date Change လုပ္ဖို႔ 2နည္းထဲက တစ္နည္းကို ေရြးဖို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္.. အဲဒီအခ်ိန္မွာ ဒီ blog ေပၚက စာကို အသိ အစ္မက အီးေမးလ္ fwd ပို႔လို႔ ဖတ္ထားၿပီးခ်ိန္ဆိုေတာ့.. အျပတ္ကို ျငင္းလုိက္ပါတယ္.. လံုး၀လဲမေပးႏုိင္ဘူးလို႔.. ဒါနဲ႔ တဆက္တည္းေမးလိုက္တာ.. ဒီလုိ date change ျဖစ္တာ ဘယ္ႏွစ္ေယာက္လဲ ဆိုေတာ့ .. အေယာက္ (((( 80 )))) ပါတဲ့... ဒါဆို ေလယာဥ္အေသးနဲ႔ လိုက္လို႔ရတဲ့ သူက ဘယ္ႏွေယာက္လဲ ဆိုေတာ့ 120 ဆိုလား .. 170 ဆိုလားပဲ.. ငါက ဘာလို႔ အဲဒီလုိက္လို႔ရတဲ့ထဲမွာ မပါႏိုင္တာလဲ၊ ငါလက္မွတ္က လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ 2လတည္းက Confirmed ျဖစ္ခဲ့တာ၊ ဒီရက္မရမွာစိုးလို႔ အေစာႀကီးႀကိဳ၀ယ္ထားရတာ လုိ႔ ေျပာေတာ့ .. သူ႔အေနနဲ႔ ဒီဖုန္းဆက္ရတာဟာ အေၾကာင္းၾကားဖို႔ သက္သက္ပါတဲ့.. 2နည္းထဲက တစ္နည္းကိုပဲ ေရြးေပးပါတဲ့..

As I know, the number of passengers affected on my departure date (21.01.2012) is 80. Jetstar aldy emailed the changed itinerary to me although I didn't agreed to change date.

so upset ..
This must be the first & last time I buy Jetstar !!

Jetstar called me to change our departure date which is the peak season of Chinese New Year. We bought the tickets online 2months ago. Jetstar already emailed the changed itinerary to me although I didn't agree to change date. They did offer us a full REFUND or a $200 worth travel voucher for each of us.
But what we lost is not only value for money but the value of a confirmed ticket with the very date which everything was well-planned ....

so frustrated !!

As I know, the number of passengers affected on my departure date (21.01.2012) is 80.

so upset ..
This must be the first & last time I buy Jetstar- !!

Jetstar ကို တခါပဲ စီးဖူးပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကလည္း စကၤာပူကို အတူတူ ျပန္လာမယ့္သူက အျပန္လက္မွတ္ကို Jetstar ကေန ဝယ္ထားမိလို႕ပါ။ Silk Air ထက္ ေစ်းသက္သာလို႕ ဝယ္မိတာလည္း ပါတာေပါ့။ စလံုးကေန ရန္ကုန္ ခရီးစဥ္ကတည္းက သိပ္အဆင္မေျပပါ။ ေလယာဥ္ ထြက္ခြါခ်ိန္ မမွန္ပါ။ ေလယာဥ္ေပၚက Service လည္း ကြာတယ္လို႕ ျမင္မိပါတယ္။ ေလယာဥ္လည္း ေသးေတာ့ ခံုေတြက ဒူးမလြတ္ျဖစ္ခ်င္ခ်င္ရယ္...

အဲဒီကတည္းက Jetstar မစီးေတာ့ဘူးလို႕ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခဲ့တာ... အခု ဒီပို႕စ္ကို ဖတ္မိေတာ့ အဲဒီ Jetstar ဆိုတဲ့ေလယာဥ္ကို ပိုလို႕ေတာင္ မစီးေတာ့ဘူးဗ်ာ။

Customer ရဲ႕ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မရပဲ လုပ္ခ်င္သလို လုပ္တာေတာ့ တရားလြန္တာေပါ့။ ကိုလတ္ေျပာသလို ျမန္မာေတြျပႆနာတက္တိုင္း ကိုယ့္ကို ၾကားကန္ေပးမဲ့ အမာခံမရွိတာလည္း အခ်က္တစ္ခ်က္အပါအဝင္ျဖစ္သလို ျမန္မာပတ္ပို႔စ္ဆိုတာနဲ႔ ႏွိမ္ကိုႏွိမ္ခ်င္ၾကတာလည္း ျငင္းလို႔မရဘူး အခ်က္တစ္ခ်က္ပါ မခ်စ္ေရ။ ဖတ္ရတာ စိတ္တိုစရာ။
